What you’ll do:

  • Performing account management tasks
  • Knowledge of banking business processes, national or EU regulations, which have effect on the business
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying and smoothing the causes of conflicts
  • Preparation, management and follow-up of offers and tenders
  • Preparation, conclusion and periodic review of contracts
  • Performing related administrative tasks, preparing reports
  • Fulfillment and management of T&M-based orders
  • Detailed and accurate knowledge of the client’s orgchart
  • Overseeing timely delivery and compliance with financial milestones
  • A high level of knowledge of annual financial planning and active participation in planning
  • Knowledge of the company’s strengths, product portfolio, and presales
  • Maintaining and achieving the annual target
  • Deep knowledge and interest in the market
