What you’ll do:

  • Proactively drives the processes related to RFI/RFP responses in formal and timely manner
  • Divides a solution into parts; estimates the best case and worst-case incl. underlying assumptions
  • Uses professional presentations, but can also use ad-hoc visualizations and demo applications to respond to the situation
  • Besides providing world-class customer support consistently during pre-sales, implementation and post-sales activities, you will actively participate in the presales development process as well.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant (e.g.: IT or Banking domain) experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Financial, Banking, Exchange or Health industry background with an understanding of at least one of the sector’s relevant IT application (e.g.: functionalities, technical design)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English
  • Customer-first approach
  • System approach, agile, can-do attitude
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, precise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently but as part of a team when needed
  • Ability and willingness to travel abroad
  • University/college degree preferably in Technology/ Economics or related field

Soft skills:

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
  • Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions
  • Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences

Professional skills:

  • Experience in delivering at least one of the following: Internetbanking, Mobile banking, personalization solution in banking domain, e-channel applications
  • Demonstrated customer management skills e.g. Stakeholder management, prioritisation, time management, risks identification and management, business benefits and business cases
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and make working assumptions to progress the bid submission
  • Analytical and numeracy skills
  • Presentation and writing skills with ability to produce and review slide decks or Contract Schedules

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
  • Any European language on a fluent level is an advantage
